The majority of our clients lease their office space for finite periods, typically three to seven years. From time to time, we work with a client that is confident enough in the long-term forecast of their business to consider purchasing commercial property. Byers Peak, a contract manufacturing company for products in the medical and technology sectors, was one such client. Over a 15 month period, Rare Space worked with them to find and negotiate the best property for their needs.
